2020-2024 Strategic Plan

In 2019 the NGCF Strategic Planning Committee spent over 178 hours of work on a comprehensive Strategic Plan for the organization. We invite you to review the results in this Strategic Plan: Executive Summary.

Why was it time for a strategic plan? Because of the growth NGCF experienced from 2015 – 2019 we knew it was a pivotal time to take a good, hard look at NGCF from the inside-out and see where we are headed in the future.

In the Summary will find our revised mission statement, vision, and pillars. As well, we address who it is NGCF serves and the desired impact of our work.
