A Legacy of Generosity to Benefit Future Generations
Local real estate developer and builder, Donald Moss loved his hometown of Dawson County and always found ways to give back to others in need. Upon his passing in 2015, the executors of his estate knew they wanted to find a way to honor him and continue his legacy of generosity. By working with the North Georgia Community Foundation, they were able to do establish the Donald Moss Scholarship Fund to do just that.
Since 2017, the scholarship has changed countless lives with annual awards that help deserving Dawson County High School students pursue their educational dreams, and because it is an endowed fund, it will continue to impact countless more lives forever.
