NGCF Message Re: COVID-19 [03.13.2020]

The North Georgia Community Foundation takes the current situation regarding the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) very seriously. We want you to know that we are following all CDC recommendations regarding meetings and social distancing.

Those recommendations include:

Postpone events where the attendees are coming from multiple states, or from states or locales that have been declared a State of Emergency/ Public Health Emergency.

2. Consider canceling work-related events of over 250 people. 

For Fundholders: NGCF is and will continue to be fully operational and will be here to assist you whether we are working in the office or remotely.

For G.R.O.W. Participants: Since the CDC recommendations don’t apply to the size or scope of our G.R.O.W. classes and there are no current active cases within our footprint, we are planning to continue classes as scheduled.

For anyone planning to attend Strength in Numbers event on Monday, March 16: This event has been POSTPONED.
